Trademarks and usage guidelines Last updated June 2026
Our trademarks
The list below sets out the registered and unregistered trademarks held by sa.global BSE and its affiliated companies, in the United States and internationally.
These trademarks represent the quality our customers have come to expect, and they set our offerings apart from everyone else in the market. We invest effort in building and safeguarding our brand, and we hold on to full ownership rights over every mark we use.
Using them correctly helps us keep that brand consistent and trustworthy, which is why these guidelines exist: to make the right and wrong ways to use our trademarks easy to understand.
Registered trademarks (®)
Unregistered trademarks (™)
The absence of any trademark from this list does not waive sa.global’s intellectual property rights over that mark.
What are trademarks?
A trademark is a word, phrase, symbol, design, or combination of these that identifies the source of a product or service. Unregistered or pending trademarks carry the ™ symbol; registered trademarks carry the ® symbol. sa.global’s trademarks, both registered and pending, is available on the sa.global trademark list.
